2. Inventory Grading & Manifest Disclaimers

  • All inventory sold on palletliquidation.eu is distributed as clearance, overstock, or customer return merchandise.
  • While we make every analytical effort to ensure the accuracy of our downloadable Excel/PDF manifests, all lots are sold on an “As-Is” / “Where-Is” basis.
  • Item counts, grading definitions, and estimated retail values (MSRP) serve as operational estimates. We do not guarantee 100% functionality, retail packaging integrity, or complete component presence on items designated as Customer Returns or Salvage Grade.

3. All Sales Are Final

Due to the deeply discounted nature of bulk liquidation stock, all B2B transactions are final. We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or issue partial credits once a pallet lot has been purchased, dispatched, or collected by the buyer’s carrier.

4. EU VAT & VIES Compliance

Transactions are processed under intra-community supply guidelines.

  • Buyers requesting a VAT-exempt invoice must supply a valid, active corporate VAT identification number verifiable via the European Commission’s VIES system.
  • If the VAT ID fails validation at check-out, or if the buyer is situated within the same tax jurisdiction as our dispatching warehouse, local VAT rates will be calculated and appended to the final invoice.
