Shipping Policy
1. Palletization & Handling Units
All inventory purchased on our platform is prepared, shrink-wrapped, and secured on standard Euro-pallets ($120 \times 80\text{ cm}$) or industrial standard pallets. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure their destination facility or unloading zone can accommodate standard commercial freight trucks (including dock levelers or forklift machinery).
2. Sourcing Delivery Methods
We offer two distinct fulfillment mechanisms for our pan-European client base:
- Platform-Arranged Freight Forwarding: We coordinate cross-border road freight via our trusted logistics network. Shipping transit costs are dynamically calculated during checkout based on pallet volume, gross weight, and destination postal codes within the EU.
- Buyer Self-Collection (EXW / Ex-Works): Buyers may opt to utilize their own commercial carrier networks or independent freight brokers. Upon verification of payment, our warehouse team will issue a Release Note and provide explicit dimensions, weights, and dock loading coordinates. Self-collections must be executed within
[e.g., 5 business days]of notification.
3. Cross-Border & Non-EU Delivery Zones
While we specialize in frictionless transport across EU Schengen member states, deliveries to non-EU nations (such as the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or Norway) are strictly subject to regional border protocols. The buyer assumes absolute liability for filing import declarations, customs clearance fees, and any regional import tariffs enforced at destination customs borders.
